Kelby Dorris is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of CRAFTD Rx, bringing nearly a decade of experience in medical device and pharmaceutical sales. Prior to launching CRAFTD Rx, Kelby held sales leadership roles at Medline Industries, New Life Medical Solutions, and CGK Medical Management, where he specialized in driving growth across physician offices and wellness clinics. His expertise spans sales strategy, practice development, and patient engagement—making him a trusted advisor for healthcare providers looking to optimize outcomes and expand their service offerings. At CRAFTD Rx, Kelby leads with a clear vision: to simplify access to high-impact therapies and empower providers to deliver personalized, proactive care.

Matt Fink is the Co-Founder and President of Sales at CRAFTD Rx, where he brings a proven track record in medical sales and a passion for advancing personalized wellness solutions. Prior to launching CRAFTD Rx, Matt held key sales leadership roles at industry-leading companies including InMode, Aerolase, and Biote—where he specialized in bioidentical hormone therapy and aesthetic medical devices across Texas and Oklahoma. With over five years of experience in the health and wellness space, Matt combines deep product knowledge with a patient-first approach, driving growth and client success through education, innovation, and integrity.
